# Intellectual Property Protection

HyperSPAC3 will protect its intellectual property, including branding, smart contract code, and proprietary technologies, to maintain its competitive advantage. This includes:

* **Trademarking** the HyperSPAC3 brand and associated visuals.
* **Auditing and securing** smart contracts to prevent unauthorized use or replication.
* **Open-Source Contributions**: Portions of the project may be open-sourced to foster community collaboration while protecting critical IP.
