# Revenue Model and Profit Distribution

The **HyperSPAC3 project** is designed to create value by acquiring **real-world assets (RWAs)** that generate consistent revenue streams. These assets will form the backbone of the project’s financial model, allowing token holders to benefit from a share of the profits generated by these assets.

The revenue model centers around the acquisition of **cash-flow-positive businesses** such as **self-serve car washes**, **laundromats**, **storage facilities**, and other low-maintenance, high-margin operations. In addition to these assets, HyperSPAC3 will seek to invest in **yield-bearing government bonds**, ensuring a balanced and diversified approach to generating revenue for the platform.
