# Phase 2: Token Generation Event (TGE) & Initial Asset Acquisition (6-12 months)

* **Token Launch & Initial Sale**:
  * **Launch $SPAC3** token with a **public sale** (Fair Launch) to ensure broad community participation.
  * Execute the **liquidity provisioning** for the token on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like **Raydium** and **Uniswap**.
* **Acquisitions**:
  * Begin the acquisition process for **real-world assets (RWAs)**, with a focus on businesses that are **cash-flow positive** and require minimal management.
  * Ensure that the acquired assets are **sustainable** and align with the long-term goals of HyperSPAC3.
* **Initial Revenue Generation**:
  * Focus on **optimizing** acquired assets to ensure steady **cash flow**.
  * Begin implementing strategies for **reinvestment**, asset management, and **operational expansion**.
* **Community Governance Activation**:
  * Start activating **community voting mechanisms** for key decisions such as acquisitions and treasury management.
  * Introduce **staking** and **liquidity mining** to reward early participants and token holders.
