# Phase 3: Scaling & Diversification (12-24 months)

* **Portfolio Expansion**:
  * Use profits and treasury reserves to acquire additional **diversified assets** (both digital and real-world).
  * Introduce **new asset classes** into the portfolio to reduce risk and ensure long-term revenue stability.
* **Ecosystem Growth**:
  * **Expand community engagement** efforts, increasing user participation and interaction with governance.
  * Onboard additional **advisors** and **strategic partners** to guide the project’s expansion into new markets and asset classes.
* **Liquidity and Staking Expansion**:
  * Increase the liquidity pool and explore options for **centralized exchange (CEX) listings**.
  * Offer **staking rewards** and **incentives** to ensure continuous engagement and support for liquidity providers.
* **Governance Transition**:
  * Begin the transition to a **hybrid governance model**, where more control is given to the **community** through token-holder voting and **proposal submissions**.
  * Start preparing for the **DAO structure** by implementing decentralized tools and infrastructure.
