# Phase 2: Asset Acquisition & Governance Activation

* **Objective**: Begin acquiring real-world assets (RWAs), such as **self-serve car washes**, **laundromats**, and **storage facilities**, which will provide stable, cash-flowing businesses.
* **Key Initiatives**:
  * Secure **initial acquisitions** of businesses that align with the **project’s cash-flow-positive model**.
  * Activate **community governance**, allowing token holders to participate in decisions regarding asset acquisitions and treasury management.
  * Begin developing an initial governance framework where **community members** can submit proposals and vote on project directions.
  * Reinforce the **project’s mission** of democratizing business acquisitions, making these opportunities accessible to a broader audience.
