# Phase 3: Transition to Full DAO Governance

* **Objective**: Complete the transition towards a fully **decentralized governance model** by increasing community control and shifting from **centralized** management.
* **Key Initiatives**:
  * Implement **DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)** governance, allowing token holders to have full control over proposals, acquisitions, and operational decisions.
  * Gradually reduce the influence of the **core team** over governance decisions and empower **Hyperians** to lead.
  * Encourage further **community-driven growth**, including new acquisition proposals, development ideas, and business model adjustments.
  * Continue expanding the **HyperSPAC3 ecosystem** with additional business acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
