• Objective: Complete the transition towards a fully decentralized governance model by increasing community control and shifting from centralized management.

  • Gradually reduce the influence of the core team over governance decisions and empower Hyperians to lead.

  • Encourage further community-driven growth, including new acquisition proposals, development ideas, and business model adjustments.
