Acquisition Process

The process for acquiring assets will be driven by the community governance model, ensuring that all decisions are made transparently and collaboratively. The acquisition process will follow these steps:

  1. Proposal Submission: Token holders can submit proposals for asset acquisitions. These proposals will be evaluated by the core team and the broader community for their alignment with the project’s goals and criteria.

  2. Community Voting: After proposals are reviewed, they will be submitted to the community for a vote. Token holders will vote on whether to approve or reject the acquisition. Proposals require a 60% approval rate from voting participants to be executed.

  3. Due Diligence: Once a proposal is approved, the core team will conduct due diligence on the asset. This includes financial audits, legal reviews, and operational inspections to ensure the asset meets HyperSPAC3’s criteria for acquisition.

  4. Asset Acquisition: If the due diligence process is successful, the asset will be acquired using funds from the Treasury or acquisition reserves. Token holders will be kept updated on the status of the acquisition, and profits from the asset will begin to flow back into the project’s revenue model.
