# Overview of Acquisitions

The core of the HyperSPAC3 business model is centered around the **acquisition of real-world and digital assets** that generate consistent, reliable income streams. These acquisitions will include **self-sustaining businesses** and **yield-generating digital assets**. HyperSPAC3 will focus on acquiring assets that require **minimal operational oversight** while providing **strong cash flow** and **long-term value** for token holders.

Our goal is to build a **diversified portfolio** of assets that will produce sustainable returns for all participants in the ecosystem. The assets acquired will be actively managed to ensure their long-term profitability, while token holders will be directly involved in the **decision-making** process through governance.
