# The Role of Governance in the Business Model

HyperSPAC3’s **community-driven governance** will be a core element in the success of the business model. Token holders will not only participate in voting on acquisitions but also in decisions regarding:

* **Revenue distribution**: How profits are allocated between reinvestment, staking rewards, and treasury growth.
