Vesting Schedules Overview

The token vesting schedules are designed to align incentives and ensure that all parties are committed to the long-term success of the project. The vesting schedules for the core team, advisors, and strategic partners are as follows:

• Team:

  • Tranche 1 (5%): 1-year cliff, followed by a 4-year linear vesting schedule.

  • Tranche 2 (5%): 3-month cliff, followed by a 12-month linear vesting schedule to ensure short-term compensation and liquidity for the team.

• Advisors & Partners:

  • Strategic Advisors: 6-month cliff, followed by 24-36 months linear vesting.

  • Influencers & KOLs: 3-month cliff, followed by 12-month linear vesting.
