# Vesting Schedules Overview

The token vesting schedules are designed to **align incentives** and ensure that all parties are committed to the long-term success of the project. The vesting schedules for the core team, advisors, and strategic partners are as follows:

* **Team**:
  * **Tranche 1 (5%)**: 1-year cliff, followed by a **4-year linear vesting schedule**.
  * **Tranche 2 (5%)**: 3-month cliff, followed by a **12-month linear vesting schedule** to ensure short-term compensation and liquidity for the team.
* **Advisors & Partners**:
  * **Strategic Advisors**: **6-month cliff**, followed by **24-36 months linear vesting**.
  * **Influencers & KOLs**: **3-month cliff**, followed by **12-month linear vesting**.
