# The Problem with Traditional Acquisition Models

The traditional model of asset acquisition often creates significant barriers for participation and leaves the decision-making process centralized among institutional investors. Here are some common problems with traditional acquisition models:

* **Restricted Access**: Only institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals have the capital to participate in large acquisitions, excluding most retail investors.
* **Centralized Decision-Making**: Decisions about acquisitions are made by a small group of investors, without input from the broader community.
* **Inefficient Allocation of Capital**: Due to centralized management, opportunities for diverse investors to benefit from income-generating assets are limited.

HyperSPAC3 aims to solve these problems by creating an **open, transparent, and decentralized ecosystem**. The project will provide individuals with access to acquisition opportunities, empowering them to participate in decision-making and share in the returns of income-generating assets.
