# Roadmap

The roadmap outlines the major phases in the development of HyperSPAC3, starting from the **Token Generation Event (TGE)** and continuing through to the long-term goals of **decentralization** and **community-driven governance**. Each phase is designed to support the growth of the platform while maintaining transparency and community engagement.

#### **6.1 Phase 1: Pre-TGE & Community Building (0-6 months)**

* **Building the Community**:
  * Focus on growing the **HyperSPAC3 community** through social media channels, Telegram, Discord, and community-driven initiatives.
  * **Engagement with influencers and KOLs** to spread awareness and generate excitement leading up to the Token Generation Event (TGE).
  * Launch of **educational campaigns** and **content marketing** to explain the project’s goals and mission.
* **Advisors & Partnerships**:
  * Onboard initial **strategic advisors** and **partners** to provide industry expertise and networking opportunities.
  * Begin **strategic partnership negotiations** with other blockchain projects, investors, and key ecosystem players.
* **Tokenomics & Legal Framework**:
  * Finalize the **tokenomics** model and adjust for any last-minute changes.
  * Begin drafting the **legal framework** and ensuring **compliance** with relevant regulations for the token sale and future operations.
* **Tech Development**:
  * Finalize the **smart contracts** and **blockchain infrastructure** for the HyperSPAC3 platform.
  * Develop the **initial version** of the governance mechanisms (i.e., **voting systems** and **staking**).

**6.2 Phase 2: Token Generation Event (TGE) & Initial Asset Acquisition (6-12 months)**

* **Token Launch & Initial Sale**:
  * **Launch $SPAC3** token with a **public sale** (Fair Launch) to ensure broad community participation.
  * Execute the **liquidity provisioning** for the token on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like **Raydium** and **Uniswap**.
* **Acquisitions**:
  * Begin the acquisition process for **real-world assets (RWAs)**, with a focus on businesses that are **cash-flow positive** and require minimal management.
  * Ensure that the acquired assets are **sustainable** and align with the long-term goals of HyperSPAC3.
* **Initial Revenue Generation**:
  * Focus on **optimizing** acquired assets to ensure steady **cash flow**.
  * Begin implementing strategies for **reinvestment**, asset management, and **operational expansion**.
* **Community Governance Activation**:

  * Provide ongoing support for **liquidity provision**, **staking**, and **reward distribution** to ensure the project remains vibrant and attractive for investors.
* **Sustainability & Innovation**:
  * Focus on building a **self-sustaining ecosystem** with a balance of **real-world and digital assets**.
  * Continue to innovate in the Web3 space, ensuring HyperSPAC3 remains a **leading example** of decentralized asset acquisition and governance.
